Original independent pub with good beers and a historical connection with Ealing Studio. Food selection is good but not amazing. Gets busy in the evenings.

Went for sunday lunch. Awful food. I ordered beef wbich had obviously been kept warm under the grill/salamander. Curled and black and dry at the edges and the gravy had a skin on it.
