The baklava here is amazing! Not too sweet, with just the right flakiness of the phyllo dough. I purchased two pans for work, and it was gone within two hours of putting it out. everyone was asking from where had I purchased it and if I could bring in more. After trying the baklava assortment here, I doubt I will ever eat baklava from anywhere else.

This is not the sugary sweet baklava that you find everywhere…this is the perfect baklava that is not super sweet…just the right amount of sweetness that I love.

With dozens of styles of baklava available it is hard to limit the choices in order to fit in a two pound tray. I have had baklava all over the Unites States and abroad, but the Baklava Factory in Encino (and I presume the other two L.A. locations) has the best.
