Very tasty sandwiches. I had the sandwich and soup option. The cheese and broccoli soup was delicious.

We had to guess how the ordering system went and spoken to rudely if explanation required. Guess they're not thankful to have a job. The food was really bad. Had to wait 2 minutes for employees to stop talking to ach other so I could order. Employee acted like I was an inconvenience. Focused on closing tasks like garbage and putting up hot foods for the night. Food was decent but didn't ask if I wanted any vegetables on sub. It's a shame that someone probably sunk their life savings into a place and then have it run by people who do...

I had never been to a Potbelly's, but this one was near my hotel and I stopped in to grab lunch. I love that they post nutrition info on their menu. I had a roast beef sandwich that was very, very good. They don't skimp on the meat! It was enough to fill me up, but I wasn't stuffed for the rest of the afternoon (which is a good thing).
