lovely little neighbourhood tavern in Pagrati. large range of homestyle dishes cooked daily. if you love 'ladera' (greek dishes cooked in loads of olive oil) you are in for a treat here. excellent food at affordable prices. eat here quite regularly when I'm in Athens so they are definitely doing something right if they keep drawing me back.

We went last night. We were taken to a display case and showed what was on offer. We selected our meals. The food arrived quickly and it was all delicious. Lovely atmosphere. Felt like an authentic experience, well away from the usual tourist crowds. Mostly Greek customers. The wine was good, and the waiter found some vodka, when asked. Some vegetarian options. And only 66 Euro...

My wife and I had dinner here this evening and were happy to see the reviews were accurate or maybe not as good as our experience. We enjoyed large portions of very tasty meat and potatoes for just €8 each. The 0.5l Fix Greek beer was just €2 and no charge for water.
