food and services were exactly what we were looking for ! The wine was perfect .... I plan to drink 2 glasses and I finish one bottle alone !

We stayed at the Vedema, and ate one night at Vinsanto. While I did not like my hotel experience at all, the restaurant was spectacular! Definitely try it, but I'd suggest avoiding Vedema if possible. We got the "alternative Greek Salad," which was awesome, and presented beautifully. Also, the Chocolate Mousse was fantastic.
