Have the #20 chicken on the menu. Balance the fiery chicken with a pot of chrysanthemum tea.
Quite bland and flat tasting - surprising for Szechuan food. Of everything we sampled, only the frog legs in szechuan peppers were had a nice kick, if overly oily. (1 of 4 petals via Fondu)
