We were here right now and everything was perfect. We had a good cappuccino and their honeycake - one of the best cakes I have ever had. You have to try it. Stuff was ok and very sympatic. I will come back.

Having clambered down the snow covered steps from the castle this seemed like the obvious place to stop for a coffee and breather. We also had a glass of hot wine which was delicious I think it mentioned something about being an antique restaurant and there certainly are antiques everywhere you look, they give the restaurant a rather homely feeling

It is hard to write something about this place now called staroceska kavarna. Apple strudel was ok but the cream wasn't. The pancakes were disgusting, soggy. Instead of raspberries we got strawberries, cooked... One rotten. How ugly you can make a Cappuccino is unbelievable - even if you really try! A few sips and no, not drinkable. We paid 315 kronas. We ordered one beef steak and one pork steak each with a sauce and pomme frites. The beef arrived with sauces but no pork, chicken instead. They took the chicken away and arrived back with pork some thirty minutes later, without the pomme frites long after my partner had finished his meal.
