Crystal Jade Jiang Nan at Toa Payoh is even better. I believe new decor, nice and comfortable. Food really good, may be we chose the right ones :) Noodles with double boiled chicken broth, the beef with vegetables, and the fried white bait with spices, and of course the Xiao Long Bao. Were all deliciously made. Really enjoyed everything.
Poor variety. Soup is overly salty. Highly unrecommended. Each person is only given 2 prawns. No seafood ingredients. Only meat and other process stuff. Fish skin is the only edible thing unique and the vegetable. Will not return for sure.
It serve the best tang bao, other than shanghai. The roast meat was also quite nice, Hk style. This is one of the few places in Singapore where you can have dim sum.
Soup pork dumplings great, chilli chicken with macadamias also very good, sweet and sour so colourful and great fruit and vegetables....apple,pineapple, capsicum, tomatoes and onions. Soups were delicious. Only downfall is extras they charged for without requesting as if they were offered by the restaurant eg peanuts on arrival and towelettes. Service and staff not very welcomin...
