Burger places became complex over the years, this place returns to when there was an art making burgers by adjusting the beef to fat ratio and it was up to the meat and the grill to bring the flavour.

Yes it's Burgerjoint NY but hold ur horses & manage ur expectations a lil. My patty was large (well, it had to, at that price) but it was shockingly bland. Not even the cheese or ketchup could save it
