新加坡的国民早餐就是咖椰吐司、半熟蛋、咖啡或奶茶。咖椰酱是由香兰叶、鸡蛋、糖和椰浆调配,经慢火熬煮而成,味道甜而不腻,既有椰子的浓郁滋味,还有淡淡香兰叶的清香。送人、自己吃都是很不错的。
