Xin Mei Xiang Lor Mee: Be prepared to queue and be rewarded for your patience with a delicious bowl of lor mee that i rate as one of the best in Singapore.
二十四味凉茶 (24-herbs tea) at S$3 per bottle from Ng Tong San Herb Tea stall #01-50. The non-sweetened version has got mild refreshing fragrant of herbs, eventhough some still feel its bitter :-P
Yummy!!! The chicken rice quite nice n the boss very nice person too!!!
Claypot chicken rice @ 01 - 101 next to whitley prawn mee is slurpilicious. But be prepared to wait at least 20mins as they cook it fresh.
New stall in town! Pretty good xiao long baos. 5 for $3.50
Holy Grill's Grilled Fish with Cajun Spice just taste simply marvelous! Soft and tender meat, with great-tasting sauce. You will definitely want to come back again for more.
Hougang Jing Jia Mutton Soup (#01-123) is not the Chinese herb kind (New World) but really mutton soup. Might get a little too mutton-y. Mutton is tender though and tasty. Chilli is normal. So-so.
Tiong Bahru Lor Mee (#01-129) is pretty good. Queue is sufficiently short too. $3 gets you fish in it.
