新崛起的日料餐厅,也评上了米其林,比起其他几家出名的日料来说年头有些短,不过创意明显多了很多,食物的摆盘也比较时尚,感觉年轻人会比较喜欢把。
到了晚上九点好像就不供应酒类饮料了,里面的清酒味道不错,和浓郁,和啤酒价格差不多,三文鱼之类的也很新鲜,服务也很好,寿司都是当面制作。
Harada-san helms this little gem in far CBD area. All sushi are made from fresh fish and tailored seasoned ! Yummy !!
chefs choice of the day compromised of plenty of white fish and was very gentle on the palate. head chef harada was more than happy to guide us through the meal and explain his esoteric techniques.
Harada-san has a lot of great knowledge to share about sushi, so take advantage of it!
Excellent sushi. But still cannot beat the benchmark.
