阿南鲍鱼汤面是新加坡比较有特色的面馆，位于新加坡赛马场路，在新加坡机场熟食中心也有一个摊位。主打招牌菜当然就是鲍鱼汤面了。

Craving for ‘Bak Chor Mee’, and came to this stall. This bowl of Bak Chor Mee costs $6.80! Comes with a skewer of 2 pieces of abalone and scallop, fish ball, a half boiled egg with a runny centre and strangely a piece of carrot! We had the salted chicken and abalone noodle. Taste was good and portion normal sized. However ....roadside dinner is always special ....u need to eat fast otherwise your food is covered by dust :p.

The new branch I went was at Toa payoh central kou fu food centre upstairs. They named it as Lam's signature. They are also selling abalone noodle, salted chicken noodle and rice. Something different here is they don't sell spaghetti, but they have wedges here. I have tried noodle and rice, still prefer chicken with rice. Delicious.

Bought back a salted chicken from Ah Lam and i have to say it is super yummy. The chicken is very aromatic and the texture is very delicate and juicy. The chili even though a little salty goes well with the chicken. However, the chicken is already tasty on its own. The stock or gravy is salty and have to go w rice. Worth trying.
