There is a menu, but instead of ordering from it, dishes cycle through the dining room on cutting boards, trays, or carts every 45 minutes to an hour.
The West Coast burger, a classic Double-Double, was layered with sweet caramelized onions, tender beef, and gooey American cheese.
This resto is not for you if you like to check out a menu ahead of time, & don't have an open mind/palate. Menu changes daily, but if the pork belly, veal or mushroom chorizo is on the menu, get it.
Go with the flow: The dishes you were eyeing on the menu may not be the first to arrive, but they eventually will show up.
A la carte, restaurant style, where you can see what you'll eat before you order as waiters come around w/ prepared dishes on trays! Each small plate evinces a lot of care & attention. Date place!
menu is different each week, but all was incredible. the cooks bring around each option ready-to-eat and you can say Y/N. awesome experience
Really excellent from a former Top Chef runner-up. Delicious cocktails and food with unique dim-sum style serving. Only seat people on the hour so get reservations far in advance
