Perfect diner place offering delicious dishes in a quiet setting

Been there twice before in the past, in the evenng. It was very good food, and good service. This year I went again, ths time for lunch, and it was not so good. It was fairly quiet and maybe they didn't have the "first team" on duty, but the saltimbocca was very poor. So, go for dinner, but avoid lunch on quiet days.
