I had a class at the U of Seattle law school with lunch on your own for 45 minutes. I raaced out with a colleague and found this nice little place and ordered soup with noodles and vegetables. My colleagues ordered spring rolls which consisted of shrimp and veggies wrapped in a transluscent noodle and served with a peanut dipping sauce. hers looked great. Mine was pretty good
So, I relied upon colleagues who are very experience with Vietnamese cuisine, and wanted a business lunch at Lemongrass. Small seating capacity and soon filled at a noon hour. I followed my colleagues' advice and opted for grilled beef satay style with grilled veggies and pineapple, chopped peanuts. Very tasty. Not highly spiced (doesn't take much for me to feel "over spiced"),...
