I had a class at the U of Seattle law school with lunch on your own for 45 minutes. I raaced out with a colleague and found this nice little place and ordered soup with noodles and vegetables. My colleagues ordered spring rolls which consisted of shrimp and veggies wrapped in a transluscent noodle and served with a peanut dipping sauce. hers looked great. Mine was pretty good

So, I relied upon colleagues who are very experience with Vietnamese cuisine, and wanted a business lunch at Lemongrass. Small seating capacity and soon filled at a noon hour. I followed my colleagues' advice and opted for grilled beef satay style with grilled veggies and pineapple, chopped peanuts. Very tasty.
