Try things you wouldn't normally order like lamb face, pickled pigs tongue and other unusual preparations. Chef D is at his best when creating out of the ordinary dishes.
The old Showa space has been transformed into carnivore heaven. On the menu: pig fritters, buffalo tongue pastrami, foi, duck fries and the "phat ass" pork chop.
Le Petit Cochon serves big flavors and makes bold use of the whole animal. Look for parts like tongue, testicles, and trotters on the menu.
