I use this place as a good reference point for meeting young people in Phnom Penh. Food is Good, Service is very good. Parking is a bit hectic especially in the evening.

We aren't French which is probably the first mistake but the menu is both English and French. The vegetarian sandwich option wasn't available but because there wasn't much else to order, the lady had it prepared for us which was good. I love the setting, adjacent to a garden. Le Bistrot serves a light breakfast, light lunch, and dinner. It is open air but covered. There is also a full-service restaurant with air conditioning.
