这道羊肉汤叫Шурпа，音译过来是舒尔巴，似乎是波斯语转译过来的，字典里的解释就是羊肉汤。 是用小嫩羊肉和土豆胡萝卜一起炖制的清汤，配上小葱和小茴香。这汤第一口就将我击倒，不腻不膻，回味无穷。小茴香的味道迅速充满口腔和鼻腔，小羊肉炖得很烂，土豆绵软却不散，胡萝卜入口即化。我和同伴都情不自禁乐出了声，太享受了。

Excellent vegetarian versions of Central Asian cuisine. Impeccable and friendly service. This restaurant exceeded my expectations considerably.

Live authentic music after 7 pm every Friday. Note that 20% service charge is added into the bill which I think is too much.

The manti is amazing, order two portions of the meat version. Skip the norin, it's unexpectedly cold, and too fatty tasting. Plus, it's a horse. Hmm. Good fresh salads. Would come back to try more.
