在这家拉面店吃了午餐,点了豚骨拉面,口味比较清淡,豚肉好多,肉质很嫩,吃起来很香。拉面是细面,很爽滑,煎饺很香,蘸着酱油吃,美味无比。
Tantanmen is the Japanese ramen version of the Chinese (Sichuan) classic dandanmian. In the Japanese take, it's a soup-noodle dish. It's become extremely common since chef Chen Kenichi and his father pioneered the dish 10 years back, but it's usually mediocre. At base, it's pork or chicken broth, sesame paste, doubanjiang, noodles, ground pork, spices, and some green vegetables...
Eating there as I am writing this review. This is our 3rd time at Wan Zhu Ji. I just love the atmosphere, food and service here. They have a wide selection of dishes and everything I have tried so far was great! Highly recommend it!
Very special noodle soups. Many kinds of spices. Could get very hot! We recommend it very much! Great atmosphere.
Love their "Ankake" noodle here. Love their ambience too. As you return from walking the arcade and want to rest your feet and have a bite to eat, this is the place to be. They have all kinds of Chinese dishes and the service is great. Kitchen is open and if you are alone one can sit on the counter and watch the dishes being made.
