I have visited the Technical Museum already 3-4 times and every time is the same story in this Bistro: completely disorganization within the stuff. You have no idea, who is doing what there. You have to wave 2-3 times, waiting 20 minutes until they come to take your order. First they bring the sweet desserts and cafe and then coming the cooked meal. The place has a terrible aco...

Mushy food, no cutlery, no friendliness, no advice. Guest are clearly signalled to be unwelcome and a nuisance. Contrary to the otherwise renowned friendliness in Vienna this place certainly wins a price for the most unfriendly and unhelpful waiter in Vienna.

Our order came before 1 hour of waiting!! Terrible service ever!
