I came here on my trip to Pattaya and this place has a great view. Good food and wonderful service! The place is located on top of a hotel on Pattaya hill. If you are confused on how to get there, don't worry! Hail a taxi driver and call this number for the person to tell the taxi driver exactly where to drive. Since I don't speak Thai, this method helped a lot.
