Ercilia's has the best Pupusas I've had in the DC area. It was recommended to me by a Salvadorian coworker and when I first tried it I ate there for a week and a half.. Straight. The only downside is the service rate. Everyone is really sweet but it takes way too long to get your food. With that being said I try to go during off peak hours and that generally works in my favor.
