This restaurant exceeded our expectations in every way. So many waiting staff, all in top form. Two tasting-style menus but available to order a la carte and you could mix and match between them. Warning: their idea of an amuse bouche is large enough to almost be an extra course. Some of the creations had a flavour that seems to linger two weeks later, especially a cherry tomat...

Of course this is only based on 1 meal I have had at Olivo and 5 of the other starred restaurants in Stuttgart. I found the 5 course tasting menu to be extremely creative and of course delicious. Plates were heated to perfection and the service was top notch. I am really amazed at the chef's ability. Wine pairings were very reasonable in price, but not as memorable as the food.

We selected the chefs menu. The presentation of each of the dishes is amongst the best i have ever seen.
