荷兰星厨Mario Ridder开在希尔顿酒店里的米其林一星餐厅。餐厅装潢运用了60年代风的大理石,黄铜和美国橡木为设计元素,整个用餐坏境尽极奢华。菜式以法式为基础,结合了创意元素,很好达到了口味和香味得美妙和谐。另外,侍酒师酒品的推荐也相当出色。

Keuze uit à la carte, 6- of 8-gangenmenu. Vlekkeloze maar iets te snelle service. Prachtig decor.
New by Mario (former Zwetheul and CEO baas van het vlees). Suited for bar food and menus and a la carte. No Michelin star yet, but that can't take long
Definitely much more expensive than what suggested. Difficult to remain within 100€. Mains are good but they miss that "zest"... Service is impeccable and ambiance a real treat. To try, once.
