说到沙巴美食,肉骨茶稳占一席位。佑记老板叶亮德由22岁起从朋友处学师,试试自己做,结果一做便是30多年。他每天风雨不改,一早起来便到店子开工,以猪骨、川贝、当归、杞子等材料煮七八小时,煮成药材味浓厚的肉骨茶。食客可选猪排、肠、肝、腰、肉丸等配料,再点豆腐及油条沾汤吃,特别滋味。虽然都是一小碗一小碗装,但是个个分量十足,味道香浓!

Over rated. Soup has no bah kut teh taste at all, only chinese herb taste. Pork parts used are not the best. They even use the worst pu-er tea leaves.
Don't forget to add the soup if you feels that not enough!
佑记的肉骨茶,有点了香菇和猪肚的肉骨茶,另外再加了豆腐和油条,点这汤来吃,还配两份饭。汤药材味很浓,这里下午4点才开,无时无刻都布满了人群。另外佑记附送的饭是收钱的,若不是吃正餐的朋友可以把饭给退了。这里的油菜很好吃哦~
一路飞奔回酒店,放下行李,Nick和我们一起吃酒店对面的肉骨茶。Nick是个热心肠,非要请客,那哪行啊,趁他去挪车的功夫,我赶紧叫老板把钱给了。不过说实话,都是96元,肉骨茶我实在是吃不惯,可能本来就不喜欢吃内脏吧。。。还是付源的KAYA烤面包好吃一万倍啊!
All the talk about how good the Bak Kut Teh is. Still cannot match Kelang Tua Kut...... The best there is.
