On the corner with a blue awning, very good location and we were early enough to get street metered parking right away. My party of 4 was welcomed and seated in the back on a table for 6. One thing about this place is that everything is NEW. No more used bacon. No more reused red plastic cups from the frat house next door. No more bites out of my English muffin. THE NEW SHIZ IS TITS.

Son has taken over the grill and brought his hot sauces with him. Regulars can ask for samples.
