staff very friendly, venue very clean fast and good food and the wait wasn't crazy lots of parking. we all got what we ordered environment was well lite, and it was in a shopping center with lots of other shopping venues like the mall.

What did we like? Leaving this place! As soon as we entered, we were greeted by many loud mouthed customers who were so loud that wife and I couldn't even hear ourselves. Service as surprisingly fast with short wait to get our food...good thing since we couldn't wait to get out of this place due to noise level. We will NEVER go to THIS IHOP again.

Waited longer than usual for our breakfasts but they were satisfying nonetheless. Our waitress was friendly and assured us we would have our breakfasts soon. The rest rooms were awful and this was a big turn off.
