There are always a number of tickets saved for day-of-game sales. If you're in the area and don't mind waiting in line for a bit before the game, buy one at the office on Lansdowne.

Atmosphere can't be beat. Make sure that the views not obstructed. We were way up top in the bleachers seats and while the Grandstand ones were closer I prefer the bleachers. Third base side is sweet!
If you can, get seats in the right field roof (Bud) deck. Aside from the Monster seats, it's the best view in FenwayFenway Park. FACT.
