I found Coffee Tower on the lake just as it was supposed to be, and for a coffee snobs perspective it was worth finding! Lonely Planet listed Coffee Tower by Lake Kandawgyi but we could only find Coffee Tower II, so we were a tad confused initially. They had a reasonable range of food (my daughter's whole fish was the best pick), but the highlight for us was to get a great cup of coffee, complete with latte art.
