We have eaten here several times and are satisfied with the service, food, wine and ambience. My only complaint is about the place mats they put on your table - they are falling to pieces and look grungy.

I like Kilroy's eventhough the Irish chef is gone for some years now. It still serves nice plates of tasty food, staff is welcoming and very talkative, decent houswines, all in all quite nice for an atmospheric dinner under the stars.

Typically there was a power cut whilst we were there, but it was Kathmandu so what can you expect? The food was relatively expensive, always remember to factor in the service charge and tax when looking at the price of food in a menu in Nepal. The food was nice, as always in a Nepalese restaurant you should try the momo's.
