All really well arranged. Practice some Vietnamese and choose which dishes to make (a lot of choice). A homey seating-area and kitchen right on the river with a very nice peaceful view. Nice bicycle ride to the market, spend some time looking around, bargaining and learning more. The hostess was really friendly, funny and helpful. Loads of fun cooking and a very satisfying meal...
Taking the cyclo ride over the old bridge to the cooking class was definitely fun. Riding a bike to the market was fun too! Was a nice surprise to learn some Viet words while there.
