Great food and nice service

This is a short walk up hill from the main tourist areas but could be a million miles away. Proper food in a place that locals eat at regularly. although only on special occasions. Good menu of different choices, some Czech some others, like burgers. Good beer (well it is Czech). Good ambience and feels like a more legitimate experience than being in a tourist trap on the strip...
