I ate here and was surprised at how delicious the food was. I had the Chicken Shawarma and it was one of the best I have ever tasted. Service was good along with the prices. I had good service and was impressed with the amount of people getting very large orders for take away.

It's a great restaurant. Nothing is beating the Masgouf, a whole BBQed fish cooked over a bonfire and comes with a wide assortment of salad and mixed pickles. Price per kg: 69 AED (salad and bread included) Unfortunately the min. weight for the Masgouf is 2 kg, which is good for 4-5 people. There are no smaller ones. Better you book in advance.

I have been going to this place for many years. Food is very good, but unfortunately as with all other Iraqi restaurants, service is always sub-standard. The waiters are ignorant, rude and look as If they hate their job. I think if service improved here, this place would get higher marks.
