虽然是小店,口味却不输任何一家名店,寿司捏的正正好好,搭配的酱油也是有讲究,不同的鱼生搭配不同的加油,吃完一轮会有茶水清口,再上下一轮,整体搭配的非常好。
The counter sits max 10. Quiet and cosy. The menu is already set and there are 2 sittings at 6pm and 8pm. Come here If you don't mind having everything you eat picked for you. Delicious!
Be on time as there are two dinner rounds - 6pm and 8 pm. Chef starts promptly. Monkfish liver was the highlight of the night. Also loved the fact that Chef marinaded his rice with red vinegar.
