Even late reservation are fine -- the dim sum style means there is food on your table just seconds after you sit down, and you won't be hungry for long.
"The food is 'dim sum'. Order a few hot items off the menu but also try the items brought around on carts or trays. It was all universally delicious and novel. It's worth a visit if you're in town."

Not an Asian restaurant yet they offer dim sum style service with a few items offered on menu. gets food in your belly quickly.
Great stuff up and down the menu, but the State Bird (quail) was the best.
Order the quail, deep-fried and set on a tangle of soft, lemony onions, then topped with shavings of Parmesan cheese.
