Had an excellent lunch in the RSA Vaults today. Crab ball followed by Arancini. First visit to the restaurant for many years - to be repeated very soon.

We took a work party of 5 to the Vaults Restaurant for their set 3 course for a staff leaving event. We had a well-lit private alcove, excellent service and warm welcome. A friend of mine had recently become a fellow at the RSA and invited me to lunch. The setting is great even if the restaurant is a little difficult to find through the maze of stairs and rooms. Short menu but some great choices. The crab salad was superb and my salmon was cooked to perfection. Service was very friendly and attentive. Two course lunch was about £20.
