Really creative, high quality and local molecular cuisine at its best. The portions are great for a couple to share and you will have to order 5-6 dishes to feel satisfied but it worth it.
The brown butter pancakes and Portuguese sausage were pretty great.
Dinner is 3x per week and very different from the breakfast / lunch golfcourse menu. Really innovative, Hawaiian locavore molecular gastronomy. A really terrific experience.
