I did not expect the environment of this outlet to be so rundown and the feeling is like eating at a roadside stall. Quality is so-so, and it can't even beat a small family restaurant my family had in outskirt Furano. You can give this outlet a skip as there are many more options at Sapporo.
Having spent many an afternoon at the Asahikawa, Hokkaido, Japan branch of Santouka, I expected the same high quality and tasty ramen. I was somewhat disappointed.
