The view is magnificent but the place is packed with tourists struggling to get a picture .You are not allowed to take a pic on the stairs (which is the best spot) so it doesn't get crowded.

I had a drink with some friend in Le Bua...more than a sky bar seems to be an overcrowded place (most of all chineses) wich push u and scream just to have take a picture...2 mojito for 90 dolars amd were not well done. I wont go back there...

Great venue, great view, good service and popular. Not cheap, and prices are ++, but for a top venue in a capital city it takes some beating. Been a few times now and still love it.
