隐藏于森林深处的一家餐厅，装潢典雅，又不奢华，宛如低调的隐居贵族。 据说光头主厨Frederic拿下了铁塔餐厅Jules Verne的管理权，想多了，这家算是吃过的三星里面最棒的一家吧，大部分菜都美味上了天，主菜鱼肉味道很棒！小牛胸腺腻得吃了一口就马上再想再吃第二口了，分量很足！甜品创意十足！非常有特色。

I get the impression that this restaurant is quite good. However, I ate there with a large group of people for a business meeting. This unfortunately meant that we had a predetermined set menu with no option of choice. We went there for a business lunch. The food was really amazing, the only thing I didn't find ok, is that we were not asked how we prefer our meat, it was all simply medium rare. Excellent collection of wines and nice service.

Breakfasts are world class and awesome ( buffet style) Dinner with my wife was disappointing. We ordered an appetizer that was to be mushroom with truffles dish but turned out to be spinach and a hint of mushrooms.
