阅读全部来晚了,spring st的商店也全都关门了!这家店起源于纽约,好像全纽约也就一家店,倒是在东京也开了一家,去年也吃过了,本来想在纽约本店吃吃几款其他的招牌,没想到这么早就打烊了,生气! 没有东京表参道那家双层的大,看上去很迷你的样子~周围都是大牌旗舰店,低调奢华的区域
没有迟到他家的可颂,因为据说要七八点来排队才能吃到,但吃到他家的蛋糕也太美好了!而且他家的蛋糕味道都好有心意,我吃了个抹茶百香果慕斯,真的太好吃了!味道很小清新。排队的人很多,所以环境比较嘈杂,服务不错,价格偏贵。
拥有全美第一甜点主厨的餐厅,面积并不大,排队的人却远远超出了门面。招牌网红甜点,cookie shot在下午三点之后才有供应,在刚烤制出来的杯状软饼里倒入醇厚的牛奶,一边喝一边咬下去的口感不要太棒,烤棉花糖冰淇淋也十分推荐,

Tried all the fun desserts (cookie shot, frozen s'mores, blossoming hot choc, cookies) and while they look extremely appealing, they lack in tastiness. Great concepts but flavor doesn't meet the hype.
We've tried ton of desserts here, and frozen smores is by far the best! Worth the $$$
Pretty pastries but wasn't overall impressed by their eclair, maybe I should try one of their specialties next time!
Everything this bakery produces basically is crispy/crusty shell on the outside and soft/chewy in the inside.From the torched frozen smores to the DKA.Don't miss the flourless chocolate pecan cookie.
Ice cream marshmallow, pear cream cake and cherry black forest cake. Sweetness, appearance and taste of desserts - make you speechless. Be sure you go there before 8 am to have special croissants..
