We felt like something other than Japanese food for a change and tried Amore Kiyamachi. The location is nice along the canal with the cherry blossoms (we weren't on the river side). Service was okay. We went here expecting a long wait for our excellent food (as others have commented) but we were surprised by both the speed of service and superb quality of our mains (risotto and seafood pasta). Although we are not big eaters and chose to leave without having a dessert, we believe that the quantity of the food is minimal if you are a big eater.
We wanted a non-Japanese place to eat within walking distance of our hotel. Unlike others, our service was very fast, the food was good and drinks arrived promptly. We were there on a Friday mid-afternoon so they were not busy.
