京都当地很有名的日式烤肉店,价格不便宜,但是我却觉得非常值得,因为他们选用的牛肉猪肉等等,都是非常上等的品种。从肉的颜色纹路就能看得到的新鲜。在烤盘上烤完之后配上他们秘制酱汁,特别好吃。
乡土锅物料理,出名的是鸡肉锅,不过我们兴趣不大,最后选定了牛肉寿喜锅,配上生鸡蛋的寿喜牛肉很不错,肉嫩而且不塞牙,吃了还想吃
