蟹酱和想象的完全不同,不是那种螃蟹鲜美无比的口感,反而是类似不新鲜的海鲜的味道,闻起来甚至感觉有点臭臭的,不过看周围其他顾客都吃得津津有味的,大概也就是本身就这样吧。

The menu features terrific raw crab in one of 2 forms, either a garlicky soy sauce or thick spicy red pepper sauce. Order a pan-fried fish or spicy braised black cod, or the spicy beef short ribs.
Don’t miss the ganjang gaejang, raw blue crabs marinated in an elixir of what seems to be a distillation of the animal's sweet juices.
