The customer service here is really poor and slow. We had to wait for our drinks to be made and take to the table ourselves even where we asked if they could take for us due to luggage. The food is nice for what you get the hot chips are quite funky not your average chip. We had to ask 3 times for our bacon and egg pie which came from a cabinet which didn’t need cooked or anyt...

Venue is excellent, the menu is varied, service is ok but the food is very average. It would take much to improve but needs to. Just had the fish and chips and for what you pay and the poor quality it is just not worth it. Fish was "stringy" like I have never seen before. Ok as a bar but stop there!

Was quite disappointed by the quality of food. I'm usually impressed by this chain of restaurants but I think this one might need a re jig! The highlight was the waffle fries but that's probably the extent of what I would recommend. Good for families or if you wanted a quick drink only.
