El-Gahhsh is an arabic word meaning "The Mule". It was the best Foul restaurant in Cairo few years ago, and going there for dinner was a great pleasure to all cairo people. Although it is a very cheap restaurant, Mercedes cars and Toyota and small Fiat all were queuing in front of him waiting for a spot to park and eat. Unfortunately, the man died and his children did not follow....
