说到沙巴美食,肉骨茶稳占一席位。佑记老板叶亮德由22岁起从朋友处学师,试试自己做,结果一做便是30多年。他每天风雨不改,一早起来便到店子开工,以猪骨、川贝、当归、杞子等材料煮七八小时,煮成药材味浓厚的肉骨茶。食客可选猪排、肠、肝、腰、肉丸等配料,再点豆腐及油条沾汤吃,特别滋味。虽然都是一小碗一小碗装,但是个个分量十足,味道香浓!

佑记绝对是我在沙巴见过生意最好的餐厅,人行道上都坐得满满当当。可是对佑记有一点印象很不好,服务生问都不问你一声就把米饭、油条都端上来了,而这都是要收费的。
十点回到酒店,佑记肉骨茶宵夜走起,因为比较晚,猪蹄、猪腰等畅销品种都售罄了,于是要了肉丸、猪肝、排骨、香菇,加上茶水、米饭、汤、油豆腐,一共是38马币。猪肝最好吃,很嫩很细腻,肉骨茶汤也十分浓郁,亚庇的最后一夜,完美收官!

Sad that there is no more free flow soup refill, charging Rm$1.00 per small bowl.Soup aren't taste as strong and thick as before, might be due to over crowded :(
Nothing to shout about. Pork meats were not the best parts, maybe too many customers & they just scoop whatever there is. Soup is not too bad but every refill costs RM1 & Taufoo pok is tasteless.
