当地人一般会用肉骨茶作为早餐,不过这家可没那么早营业,到中午后才开。招牌的肉骨茶走的是潮州风味,用的是生抽,汤色轻盈,喝起来却有胡椒味,一口下去,感觉五脏六腑都舒坦了。喜欢这家配方的,还可以买料理包回家自己做一下。

I'm like having pepper bak kut teh. Other dishes are all tasteless.
Probably the best Bak Kut Teh in Singapore , the peppery hot soup totally soothes my throat and tummy everytime I patronize the stall. Just perfect to end the day with the soup!

Meat is tough, soup lacks flavour. Standard of food has deteriorate.
