Really, there's nothing special about Ootoya other than the fact that it serves good food at reasonable prices, I suppose. Nothing spectacular about it, but it is consistently good. Come here if you enjoy fish, although, should you get its signature dish, be ready to pick out many, many bones.

Had lunch at the Orchard Central outlet. No crowd though it was lunch time at 1.15pm. Ordered a weekday lunch set which comes with grilled chicken, rice, miso soup, green tea and 2 small pieces of fruits. Generous serving of rice which also has free upsize.
